The series of “Meet the Expert” courses under the auspices of IASGO, with the support of the Romanian Association of Hepato-Bilio-Pancreatic Surgery and Liver Transplantation ARCHBPTH, Romanian Chapter of IASGO continues in April with the two courses:
I. Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) in Liver Cancer, April 15 at 18:00 (Romanian time), course given by Prof. Dr. Anca-Ligia Grosu, Department of Radiation Oncology, Rechts der Isar Hospital, Technical University, Munich , Germany
II. Implementation of robotic liver surgery, April 23, 7 p.m. (Romania time), guest speaker MD. D’hondt Mathieu, AZ Groeninge, Dept of Digestive and Hpb/pancreatic surgery, Kortrijk, Belgium
These events aim, as before, to bring together national and international experts in this field of high-precision surgery, to share their experience and knowledge in order to make a special scientific contribution to the medical society and related fields.
The courses are accredited by the Romanian College of Physicians, the registration of participants from Romania takes place on the website of the Romanian Association of Hepato-Bilio-Pancreatic Surgery and Liver Transplantation ARCHBPTH https://www.chirurgiehbp.ro/ Participants from outside Romania can register on the platform IASGO.com, the courses are accredited at European level by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME).
